Noelle Murphy is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncturist. She studied
in Toronto at the Shiatsu School of Canada and graduated in 2008 with the Award in Academic
Excellence. In 2010, she went back for the 6 month Advanced Acupuncture Program. Since
then, she has taken additional training in Obstetrics acupuncture, Paediatric acupuncture, and
Esoteric Acupuncture. Prior to this path in life, she worked in film and television as a technician
and pursued side gigs as an aerial acrobat.
TCM became a passion of Noelle’s as it views the body as a microcosm of the Earth and
Universe. She believes the theory of this medicine is a beautiful and brilliant way to view and
describe the workings of the body by observing the environment around us.
Internal medicine and helping to harmonize the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual
bodies are Noelle’s most rewarding aspects to work with. Not only does she use acupuncture,
but she always incorporates Tui Na massage and/or cupping therapy. Eastern nutrition, gua
sha, infrared heat lamp, auricular (ear) acupuncture, and scalp acupuncture are also commonly
used. While all of these techniques can have a wonderful impact on the body, she is a big
believer in the powerful effects of meditation, contemplation, motion, and giving in to joy as
great motivating and healing forces.

His goal is to continuously improve himself and the lives of his clients. A holistic approach includes mental well being, which is why he is currently completing a masters degree in social work. Dr. Brad Phillips grew up in Southern Ontario, where he competed in sports throughout his upbringing and graduated high school from Brockville Collegiate Institute. While competing in sports and working physical labor jobs at a young age, Dr. Brad was introduced to Chiropractic and realized how valuable it was for injury healing and prevention. He then graduated with a Bachelor of Life Science from McMaster University, where he learned the basic sciences and the healing potential of Chiropractic. Upon receiving his bachelor’s degree, he then ventured south of the border to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic in Minnesota and acquired the skills he would apply to help his future patients.
Dr. Brad realized early in his Chiropractic journey that Chiropractors are uniquely positioned to evaluate and treat athletes and a myriad of sports injuries. He developed a special interest in sports Chiropractic that emerged from competing in sports after knowing how it helped him. He realized to compete at your best; Chiropractic was a vital piece of the puzzle in order to reach optimal performance.
In his clinical rotations, complementary to sports Chiropractic, Dr. Brad developed and refined another interest in extremity care, where he treats conditions of the shoulder, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, ankles, and feet. Clinical rotations served him well in practice. Exposing him to various conditions and injuries where he strives to find the root cause, not merely focusing on mitigating present symptoms. He realized that the extremity areas respond well to Chiropractic manipulation and are complementary to sports athletic therapy. He believes that by treating the extremities, as well as the spine, he can provide his patients with the ultimate healthcare experience.
Following his graduate studies, Dr. Brad served on a team in Bozeman, Montana, where he saw a diverse patient population. He applied his therapies to the general population and the results were consistent with the treatments he saw with athletes. Although his advanced training targeted athletes, he saw excellent health outcomes from patients under his care.
Dr. Brad had many mentors, teachers, and coaches in sports and academics that helped him improve daily as he continued to strive toward clinical mastery. His goal is to provide his patients with the opportunity to achieve their optimal health potential.
Dr. Brad continues to participate in sports and outdoor activities, which is where you will find him when he is not serving patients. In his free time, you’ll find him at the rink, on the slopes, on the pickleball court, fishing, and spending time with Casey.

Growing up she was a rep soccer keeper for 15 years which is what lead her to become a massage therapist. She suffered many sports injuries herself and has always found massage very beneficial. This is why she decided she wanted to help others to return to every day activities pre pain or injury.
Her treatments focus on finding the main source of the injury or pain with a brief assessment, she uses her findings to provide treatment on the necessary areas as well as compensatory areas using a variety of techniques. These techniques include Swedish massage, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation stretching, myofasical release, trigger point release and pin and stretch, along with techniques that help with relaxation such as diaphragmatic breathing and progressive relaxation. After your treatment she works with you to provide you with home care which includes stretching and strengthening that will help to speed up your recovery time.
Abigail enjoys providing impairment massages for acute and chronic injuries or conditions as well as helping reduce stress from everyday life. She has also worked with many patients with posture related pain therefore she focuses on specific muscles affected as well as educate patients on home care that will help correct it.
